Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using editor.menu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Editor.menu is a web-based tool that helps restaurants create and manage professional PDF menus. The service includes:
- Menu template creation and editing
- PDF generation and download
- Web menu publishing
- AI-powered translations and menu parsing
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts
Free Plan and Credits
Editor.menu offers a free plan with basic features. Premium features like AI translations and menu parsing require credits, which can be purchased separately. Your account remains fully functional on the free plan indefinitely.
Payments and Billing
- Credits are purchased in packs and added to your account immediately
- All prices are displayed in CZK and EUR, including applicable taxes
- Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
- Full refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase; after 14 days credits are non-refundable but never expire
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in editor.menu:
- You own your menu content, images, and designs
- You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service
- We do not sell or share your content with third parties
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
Intellectual Property
Editor.menu, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by PG Foodies s.r.o. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service. Template designs created by our team remain our property, but the content you add is yours.
Limitation of Liability
Editor.menu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. In case of extended outages, we will extend your subscription accordingly.
Termination
- You can delete your account at any time from your account settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of your local consumer law.
